What do you think was the purpose of the “story” activity (Application Exercise 3) in the Intro Section?

The purpose of the “story” activity is to support the idea that what we perceive is what we know and the attendant schema that we have and that the meaning is constructed in terms of the person's schema. We tend to remember material we learn in terms of a relevant schema.
