1st Annual BSET BIKE @ THE BEACH

Everyone had a great time at the 1st Annual BSET Bike @ The Beach! A large group of students, staff, faculty and friends of the department made the trip down to Dauphin Island to take advantage of the warm weather and clear skies.  A number of people went for a leisurely ride along the beautiful bike trails from the the public beach area to historic Ft. Gaines. Several people took advantage of the perfect day to go for a swim. Aside from a few sunburns and some sore muscles, everything was great!

Most people spent more time eating than they did riding their bikes!

Duane spent most of the day walking around looking for attention

Spots in the shade were very popular - it was a sunny and hot day!

There was PLENTY to eat and drink

A large group of people came out to enjoy the beautiful weather 

Jimi sniffed around for any dropped food

Iko had a good time at the picnic

The Dauphin Island public beach area was an ideal spot for the event
