Born and raised in rural Midwest. Spent post-doctoral years in the South, in Georgia and Alabama, except when living and teaching in Europe and in the Far East. Have taught a wide range of courses in related disciplines of education, counseling, and psychology. Have served as a program coordinator/leader for most of career, but also worked in university clinics and in private practice. Special interests in group work.
