The Office of Faculty Affairs provides support for the career development of College of Medicine faculty. The Office organizes orientation and faculty development programs, provides support for the Faculty Committee on Appointments, Promotions and Evaluations (FCAPE), and maintains current resources and policies for the appointments and promotions processes. The Office will facilitate mentoring regarding career development and/or research and grantsmanship.
