4. Can I electronically fill out ALL the eforms on this web site? No, only some of the eForms will have selectable fields that will allow you to enter the appropriate information. In general, some of the Adobe PDF eForms and some of the HTML eForms can be completed online.

5. Can the eForms be sent via e-mail? In general, the answer is no. You must have the full version of Adobe Acrobat® software package to save the PDF document with your changes in order to e-mail it. Most departments are not organized to process e-mail versions of their forms. Microsoft Word documents can not be completed online. Some of the HTML documents are forms that are automatically e-mailed to a recipient when the "Submit" button is selected. Since many forms require a signature, you will usually need to print the completed form, sign it and then send it to the recipient by interoffice mail.

6. Can I use an electronic signature? No, electronic signatures are not currently supported due to security issues. The eForm needs to be printed out and signed by hand.

7. What if the form requires multiple copies be sent? Print the required number of completed copies and sign each of them if a signature is required. Alternatively, you could print one completed copy, sign it and then use a copier to produce the required number of copies.
