Food, music, games....it is always a lot of fun. It is a wonderful opportunity to see our faculty in a setting other than the third floor of the Humanities Building. Some of them dance really well!
There is usually a piñata for the children and dancing for those who love salsa and merengue! You can see on the picture on the left that Dr. Pérez-Pineda and Dr. McCready are really good dancers!
The 2013 Annual Picnic was held on Friday, April 26th from 3-5p.m. at the Intramural Field Pavilion. Besides, fun, food and games, the picnic included an informal awards ceremony to recognize the recipients of the departmental scholarships as well as outstanding students at different levels.
