Student Traffic and Parking Appeal Form   One written appeal form is needed for each citation appealed. Appeals must be filed within 10 business days of the citation issue date. Appeals are reviewed and decisions are made by the USA Student Government Association. Students may contact the Dean of Students Office, Student Center 270, for results of their appeal. Faculty/Staff members submit a written appeal to the dean of the college or head of the division in which they work.
