Student Traffic and Parking Appeal Form |
| |
- One written appeal form is needed for each citation appealed.
- Appeals must be filed within 10 business days of the citation issue date.
- Appeals are reviewed and decisions are made by the USA Student Government Association.
- Students may contact the Dean of Students Office, Student Center 270, for results of their appeal.
- Faculty/Staff members submit a written appeal to the dean of the college or head of the division in which they work.

- Click here for a list of reasons NOT considered for dismissing a parking or traffic citation.
- Appeals with incomplete or insufficient information will not be processed.
