Senator Perry – What are the charges?

Defense Attorney – President Gardner put information relevant to  GPAs of candidates  to the Vanguard and also allowed candidates to switch positions after the date was up.

Senator Guy – The moving of candidates was not just President Gardner. It was a decision made by Dean Mitchell and the collaboration of the Elections Committee

Senator Sells – Is there a precedent for this kind of thing?

Vice President Proctor – It would be extremely lengthy and time consuming.

Dean Mitchell – Applications are due at 5 pm and we are not able to review them till after that time and we had to fix some of the issues and candidates had to be moved around.

Senator Sells – Has this been done before?

Dean Mitchell – Yes.

Senator Sanders – There is no rule in the lowdown about this and the Senate would have to amend something to even place a charge.
