International Association Administrative Professionals Representative - Bags will support the students throughout the year, meeting in Tuscaloosa and will be given out at the conference we host.

Vice President Proctor – Will they will go to Non-USA students?

International Association Administrative Professionals Representative – Yes, but we hold the conference.

Senator Sells – Uniformity of the Bags? Why did you ask for them under uniforms?

International Association Administrative Professionals – We didn’t ask for them as uniforms, I believe.

Treasurer Baldwin – We needed to know how you came up the number for the bags.

International Association Administrative Professionals Representative –It is based on the projected attendance for the conference.

Senator Guy - How is this considered as a uniform? This seems to be a stress in the rule, because if it is a uniform we are only allowed to give the money if it is only going to USA students.

Proctor –It is shady with the rules but, we can’t tighten up on the rules now.

Senator Guy – Is there any other place you can place it under?

Treasurer Baldwin – Maybe if they put sponsored by SGA on it we could use it as advertisement.

Senator Reed – How is this even considered as uniform?  You need a certain number of Jag numbers for that.

Senator Beovich – Can this be project supplies since it is used for the conference?

Treasurer Baldwin – Sure.

Dean Mitchell – There was a mistake. It was meant to be listed as a conference expense.

Senator Guy- makes movement to close the floor for discussion.

Senator Ramsey – makes abstention. I don’t think that we should spend money on things going to non-USA students

Senator Sells – I think that recycling these bags is a great idea.
