Vice President: Proctor greets everyone back and thanks everyone who came out to Work Day.

Treasurer: Baldwin states “I have several things. We have to approve the new budget Feb 8 and 1000 dollars to my budget. I need to make copies of the appropriation packets. As far as senators, if you are drawing a blank on your projects, ask your college. What we approve needs to be used for by students. We all talked about service in our campaigns and it is important to spend money on these things and actually go out and do them instead of just sitting in our office. If you volunteer three hours at MLK Service, you may get a free ticket to Disney World. Lastly, I wanted to talk about the budget. I have been able to find 35,000 dollars from fall budget that will roll over to spring. There are about 35,000 dollars that has yet to be spent by appropriations. We will talk about the budget more later when I am more prepared.”

Attorney General: Bettis states that he has updated an event on the SGA page. He also speaks about Grove safety and if anyone has concerns they may contact John Smith at johnsmith@usouthal.edu.

Chief Justice:  Al- Greene simply warns the senators they should get moving on their projects because the semester flies by.

Student At Large: Pittman wishes everyone luck with classes and welcomes the senate
