The SGA Senate Staff consists of the Senate Clerk, Student at Large, Vanguard Liaison, and SGA Secretary.

• Senate Clerk: Appointed by the Vice President and is responsible for attending all SGA meetings to take roll, accurately record the minutes, and count all votes.
  
  
• Student at Large: Elected by the student body during the Spring Semester and serves as a liaison between the Student Government and all other campus organizations. In doing so, the Student at Large is responsible for holding two Inter-Presidents Council meetings a semester.
  
  
• Vanguard Liaison: Appointed by the President and is responsible for attending all Senate meetings and submitting all necessary press releases and advertisements to The Vanguard .
  
  
• SGA Secretary: Assists the Executive Council and SGA Senate in any and all SGA performed duties.
