SouthFit Small Group Training
Small Group Training offers classes that focus on special equipment, skill development, and progression. Class size is limited and fills on a first-come, first-serve basis. Try TRX© Circuit or Kickboxing.
Registration: Each small group class has a registration form below. Return completed form along with payment (cash or check made payable to USA) to the front desk of the Student Recreation Center.
Kickboxing: A martial-arts style boxing class. Physical contact on punch shields, clappers, speed bags, and heavy bags. Bring hand wraps & boxing gloves. Low- or high-impact (your choice).
