Springdale Travel will guarantee emergency ticket delivery to the airport "will call" within one hour.
Springdale Travel has contracted with Live Travel for after hour's emergency service. University employees have access to this service through a toll free number in the United States (888) 637-1739 and may call collect. Employees may call collect from international destinations by dialing (715) 341-3999. The ID code to use is 3ZP.
Springdale Travel will guarantee the lowest rate available at the time of booking, via normal airline global distribution systems or refund the difference. Note: Springdale Travel will not guarantee 100% of Internet only fares which are offered by direct purchase from a particular web site.
University personnel may call collect for all travel inquiries, or use the incoming WATTS service which is available from anywhere in the United States . The number is (800) 874-0550.
Springdale Travel will absorb all additional charges involved in issuing a pre-paid ticket.
A $100,000 life insurance policy will be provided for all University personnel traveling on Springdale Travel issued tickets.
Springdale Travel will provide seat assignments for all major carriers providing advance seat assignments.
Springdale Travel agents will e-mail an itinerary of each confirmed airline reservation for individual travelers to review. This itinerary must be reviewed for accuracy and returned to Springdale with written authorization to ticket within 24 hours by either FAX or e-mail. All airline fares are guaranteed at ticketing. On request, Springdale Travel will void non-refundable airline tickets any time within 24 hours of booking. This will allow USA employees an opportunity to avoid cancellation penalties.
Springdale Travel will guarantee delivery to any Mobile location within one hour for last minute changes and will overnight via Federal Express for next day or next day AM, up until 7:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
