Emailing a Record

Step-by-Step:

  1. To email an item record to someone, scroll down to the Save Options menu at the bottom of the record.
  2. Select the desired record format from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the email address in the text box, then click the Email button.
  4. You will then see a message confirming that the email was sent.
