IMC Mission
The mission of the Instructional Media Center is to provide faculty, staff and students access to multi-media materials to meet their instructional, research and learning needs.
Media Collection and IMC Circulation Policy
The IMC provides a variety of media that can assist USA community members in developing instruction, presentations, or completing assignments. These include educational videos, documentaries, and feature films. The IMC also houses music cds, audio cds and cassettes, and CD-ROMs.
Headsets are available for checkout by USA faculty, staff and students.
USA faculty, staff and students may check out up to 5 media items. Media items have a 14-day loan period with a 50ยข per day late fee. Patrons who lose or damage media items will be required to pay for the replacement of the item plus a $25.00 processing fee.
The IMC provides preview rooms for reviewing materials as well as two group study rooms with internet hook up. Internet hook-ups can also be found on the four study tables located next to the windows of the IMC. Wireless internet access is available in the IMC as well.
