David N. Ellis, Professor

Dr. Ellis received his doctorate from Vanderbilt University in 1990. Since 1991 he has been employed at the University of South Alabama in Mobile Alabama. His research professional interests are in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education for persons with developmental disabilities.

Dr. Ellis is the director of Project CRUISE, a five-year grant to train new special education teachers under the Transition to Teaching Program of the Office of Innovation and Improvement of the United States Department of Education.
