Reid Cummings and co-authors Robert Forrester and John Martinez have a paper titled “Funding Constraints at Community Banks: A Pre- and Post-2008 Recession Analysis of the Role of Federal Home Loan Bank Advances,” accepted for publication in the Southern Business and Economic Journal.

Ermanno Affuso, Fraser Bindele, Reid Cummings, and Ben Le, presented “The External Cost of Asbestos in the Housing Market at the 2017 American Real Estate Society Annual Conference in San Diego, CA.

Reid Cummings recently presented a study titled “Robust Inference for Spatial Econometric Models: A Nonparametric Rank-Based Approach,” at the 2017 American Real Estate Society Annual Conference in San Diego, CA.

Ying Huang, along with her co-authors Wei Sun, Ronald Spahr, and Mark Sunderman presented “Blight indices and neighborhood blight impact on property values” at the Southwestern Finance Association, Little Rock, Arkansas, in March. 2017 and at the MMM Conference (Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Memphis), in January 2017
