If you currently have a University-provided cellular phone with a carrier other than AT&T Wireless (where the contract is between the carrier and the University), you should contact your local account representative to determine the best method for the cancellation of your account. If the account is subject to a cancellation fee, the University will pay the fees upon receipt of a detailed invoice. The invoice should be processed for final via Direct Pay and the account subsequently closed.
*Reimbursement for cancellation fees will not be made for contracts between cell phone provider and individuals even in those cases where the user was previously reimbursed by the University. |
