1
The materials could be delivered to the customer, rather than making us come to your office.
2
no
3
None; I've always found ILL staff in particular to be helpful & efficient; the online request system adds additional convenience.
4
Is there a way through Biological Abstracts to link not just to online access journals but general SOUTHCAT access. Several times when I have clicked on the online access and found we did not have access, I have then gone straight to the ILL and subsequently found out the articel was available in print.
5
Please keep doing what you are doing. Your services are excellent!
6
Sometimes hard to get good copies of photographic plates in papers.
7
Assign ILLIAD usernumbers that would be used for "single-blank" fill-outs that would circumvent having to re-fill out my user info every visit (tedious!). Maybe also give each ILLIAD user the ability to archive in a pull-down list form journals from which ILL requests tend to be made - again, a time saving measure.
8
I am always very pleased with your services.
9
Voice recognition for completing the forms!! Although with the Southern drawl, "this here mite be near impossibull"
10
Have the physical material sent to the MCOB resource center
11
None. Dont fix it if it is not broken
12
None at this time.
13
No, it's great!
14
Thiws is my first year at USA, and so far I think your system is very good.
15
it would be nice if I did not have to fill in the personal information every time -- otherwise, the system works great
16
When I am asked to list my department, my department is not on the drop down. It is Arts and Sciences, Dean's Office.
17
This is baby-ish, but if we could get reminders about due dates on items a day or two or three before, that would probably help me get things back on time more often!
18
It would be nice if the exact point in the loan process was indicated on the iliad system.
19
The service is excellent. Any suggestions would add to the level of excellence. One would be to couple SciFinder Scholar with the ILL service. Add a button on SciFinder which when activated directly transmits the needed information ILL requests.
20
Excellent service, excellent people.
21
This is a great system and I do not have any suggestions at this time.
22
many of the journal articles I request have images in them. Unfortunately, the documents provided by other libraries are often low resolution grey-scale or simply black and white images. The images/photographs are then essentially useless to me. It would be better if, where possible, we could get the PDFs that the journals produce sent to us instead of the photocopied images that have been turned into PDF docs
23
As I've discussed with ILL staff, it is nearly impossible to pinpoint individual chapters from large foreign language sources. Direct communication between professors and foreign language speakers at lending institutions might be necessary.
24
No, everything works great.
25
No suggestions for improvement. I often order very obscure texts in multiple languages, and the staff in ILL are always extremely helpful and resourceful about finding everything I need. ILL plays a crucial role in my research, as well as the research of my students!
26
No. Keep up the good work!
27
Online service could be improved in a way that checking and tracking request should be visible to the end user.
28
no
29
Speed is a bit slow

1
A few times the PDF files sent when articles have been ordered have been corrupted and unopenable. I usually notify ILL when this happens and the response is good.

I really appreciate the good, friendly, knowledgeable service!
2
Your department is doing a great job!
3
The interlibrary loan staff have been very helpful in helping me obtain articles, etc.
4
The staff is friendly and helpful.
5
I really like being able to get pdf files - it helps a lot
6
Great work! For me, ILL has proven to be one of the most ESSENTIAL components of the University's research mission.
7
The new log-in system is nice because it removes the requirement to constantly re-enter personal information. I'm glad for this improvement!
8
The ILL staff are extremely helpful and PROMPT! Thank you.
9
This is the fastest ILL service I have ever used?
10
I love ILL. I get everything in a hurry, and Debbie actually EMAILS me if there is a problem.
11
Your service makes it possible for me to do my research at a high level. Excellent!
12
You guys do a great job - keep up the good work!
13
This system has been great!! Your "patron centered" focus is super and appreciated!
14
The Interlibrary loan staff has always provided excellent service. There was never a request that was unfilled. Thank you.
15
The service is fastand easy to follow. Library staff does a great job. Thank you for all the good work you do.
16
I have not used the ILL service
17
Since my field is Islamic Studies, most of my sources are scattered around the world. Without the incredible job done by the Interlibrary Loan staff, I would be completely cut off from the sources I need. You guys have done a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!
18
It is the staff and the service they provide that redeems the library from mediocrity
19
ILL does a terrific job. Thanks for the great work you do.
20
I had used ILLiad at another university. I think it is great to be able to request materials remotely. The form is quick and easy.
21
The old system required me to fill out the same id fields each time I placed an order. That was an unnecessary burden. The new system recognizes who I am, and I only have to complete a half dozen fields or so. This is a great convenience. Thank you for this big improvement. Dave Johnson
22
I would not be able to do my research without ILL, so I would favor any kind of upgrades or funding increases that are contemplated.
23
No problems. It works well.
24
The staff are very helpful and try hard to obtain materials -- thanks!
25
The service was outstanding. All in ILL should be commended. I couldn't be happier.
26
The system, staff and support for the ILL service is the best!
27
they are good and quick to respond.
28
Great Work!
29
The staff has been very helpful.
30
The ILL staff have always been very helpful and have gotten essentially everything that I've requested and in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.
31
It seems it takes some hours betwen first notice of an Ariel arrival and the ability to access it.
32
Very pleased with services provided. Keep up the good work!
33
Keep up the good work. I truly appreciate the excellent service.
34
I am very happy with the sservice.
35
Yes---if I understand correctly, some ILL sources carry fees because lending libraries charge for borrowing. This is problematic not for me, because the department picks up the tab. However, it is a deterrent for many students who don't have $20 to pay for an article, book or whatever. If at all possible, I think it would be great if the library budget included funds to support undergraduate research. Our undergrads have so much potential...
36
Keep the good work up!
37
This type of survey is good for feedback. It should be done once a year. Thanks
