The Beta/Gamma Community contains both apartment style and non-traditional residence hall accommodations. The apartment style residence halls are located in Beta 1 – 5 and Gamma 5 – 9. The non-traditional style residence halls are Gamma 0 – 4. A total of 422 residential students live in this community. Of those, 110 are housed in the non-traditional residence halls and the remaining 302 make up the apartment style residence halls. Find this community on the interactive map below.

The Beta/Gamma Community is considered part of the Southeast Area of Housing. The Beta/Gamma Community Office is located inside the Beta/Gamma Commons building accessed through the side doors (right side of the USA Police Station).  Routine matters should be handled during business hours which are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday; however, there is a staff member available or “On Duty” to assist with emergencies at any time. The Beta/Gamma Community Office is prepared to assist with maintenance requests, housing questions, room change requests, concerns, and lock-outs for residents of this community.

The Beta/Gamma Community Director’s office is located within this office suite. The CD has office hours Monday – Friday, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.; If they need the CD outside of these office hours, the office staff or RA On-Duty can assist them with getting connected.
