By signing a Residence Hall Contract, you have acknowledged & agree to follow the processes, policies, & procedures of the community. This web page is designed to give an overview of the University of South Alabama’s Residence Education Handbook & help prepare you for the coming year.
These policies have been established in the best interest of the residential community at large in accordance with other University policies, local, state, & federal laws, & input from previous residents.
