Transcript Fees

Fees:
	$12.00 per official electronic delivery transcript via National Student Clearinghouse on-line service
	$10.25 per official transcript via National Student Clearinghouse on-line service
	$8.00 per official transcript via PAWS Self-Service
	$8.00 per official transcript via written request form
	No charge for unofficial transcript via PAWS Self-Service processed by student
	$10.00 to fax a domestic number (copy is considered unofficial) and $8.00 for official transcript. Total cost is $18.00 to fax a transcript and to send the official transcript via postal mail.
	$15.00 to fax a transcript internationallly and $8.00 for official transcript. Total cost is $23.00 to fax a transcript internationally and to send the official transcript via postal mail.

Fees are payable by:
	Check/money order made payable to University of South Alabama for written requests only
	Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (include credit card number and expiration date)
