SRC Member registration opens March 1. Non-member registration opens April 1.
Only Student Recreation Center members' children and grandchildren may get the SRC Member rate and early registration on March 1. Extended family and friends of SRC members must pay the Non-SRC Member rate and wait for registration on April 1.
A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit PER CHILD, PER SESSION is required to hold your child's spot. This deposit is due 24 hours after you receive a confirmation email that there is a spot available for your child. Please do not pay the deposit UNTIL WE CONFIRM there is a spot for your child.
The balance is due one week prior to the start of the session in which your child is enrolled (the Monday prior to camp starting). Failure to pay the balance one week in advance will result in your child's spot being forfeited and we will call the next person on the waiting list.
Refund policy: Refunds, minus the $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, will be given up to one week prior to the start of the session in which your child is enrolled (the Monday prior to camp starting). No refunds will be given less than one week before the start of the session in which your child is enrolled.
All payments are online; no cash or checks accepted.
