Are you trying to lose weight, or do you just want more information on nutrition & physical activity? Join our four-week program if you’re Ready to Change. Class meets on Tuesdays, 6:00—7:00 p.m. Optional walking group meets on Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5:30—6:00 p.m., Student Recreation Center., Fee: $20.
