The first section of the program concludes with contemporary Uruguayan composer Miguel del Aguila's Tango trio.
The program will conclude with Felix Mendelssohn's famous Piano Trio No. 1 in D minor, op. 49, which Robert Schumann reviewed after its premiere in 1839, praising Mendelssohn as "the Mozart of the 19th century, the most illuminating of musicians."
