About Us
The Mitchell Center, home to the University of South Alabama Jaguars, which is located
adjacent to the historical Jaguar Gymnasium, features a 10,000-seat arena and exceptional
support space with state-of-the-art equipment. The Center is a multi-purpose facility
that hosts major events such as graduation, convocation, concerts, sporting events,
and a variety of family events.
The Bridge Builder Basketball Classic
The Bridge Builder Classic was created to enhance the exposure of historically black
colleges & universities throughout the city of Mobile, AL. The event highlights the
community's exclusive interest in HBCUS and the roles that they play in educating
aspiring professionals & developing our future leaders.
Harlem Globetrotters World Tour
The Harlem Globetrotters 2023 World Tour presented by Jersey Mike’s Subs is coming
with game like never before! Your favorite Globetrotter stars are bringing out their
amazing basketball skill, outrageous athleticism and a non-stop LOL good time.
