The University of South Alabama Department of Music is pleased to present the USA New Music Collective in their inaugural concert on March 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center. The USA New Music Collective was founded by junior music major Luke Smith in 2014 as a student-run ensemble of various vocalists and instrumentalists within USA's Department of Music. The Collective’s purpose is to promote new and experimental music and to perform works composed by USA student composers. The inaugural student concert will include works by Ryan Boehme, Soren Odom, Luke Smith, and Shawn Wright.

Admission to this Department of Music concert is free and open to the public. Persons needing more information about this event or in need of special accommodation may call (251) 460-7116 or (251) 460-6136.
