USA’s Department of Music welcomes two acclaimed artists, cellist Moises Molina and clarinetist J.C. Barker, in a guest faculty recital November 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center. Molina and Barker will perform the Beethoven Trio for Clarinet, Cello and Piano, joined by pianist Jasmin Arakawa. Molina and Arakawa will also present the Rachmaninoff Sonata in G minor, Op. 19 for Cello and Piano. Moises Molina is Professor of Cello and Assistant Director of the School of Music at Western Illinois University. J.C. Barker is Principal Clarinetist and General Manager of the Mobile Symphony Orchestra.

Tickets for this Department of Music event will be sold at the door only.  Admission is $8 general and $5 for USA faculty & staff, USA students, youths under 18 and all senior citizens (cash or check only).  Persons needing more information about this event or in need of special accommodation may call (251) 460-7116 or (251) 460-6136.
