Tiffany Fresne will present her Senior Oboe Recital in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. This recital is presented as a part of the requirements for the degree Bachelor of Music with Concentration in Elective Studies in Specific Outside Fields.

Ms. Fresne is a student of Rebecca Mindock.
