Holly Jolly Jaguars Holiday Concert Set for Dec. 4

Mark your calendar for the University of South Alabama’s annual holiday concert, the “Holly Jolly Jaguars,” to be held on Thursday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m. in the Mitchell Center.
The concert is free and open to the public.
This seasonal favorite, produced by the Department of Music, will be a one-hour event featuring a wide variety of USA music ensembles, including the USA Wind Ensemble, USA Concert Choir, USA Opera Theatre, University Chorale, USA Percussion Ensemble, USA Trombone Choir, USA Flute Choir, USA Clarinet Ensemble, USA Trumpet Ensemble, USA Piano Duo, USA Jazz Band, USA Tuba-Euphonium Quartet/Ensemble and the Jaguar Marching Band.
“Each year, the University of South Alabama Department of Music showcases the incredible musical talent of our wonderful students, and it’s one of the highlights of the year for us,” said Professor of Music Dr. Thomas Rowell. “The evening is all about the students and the fantastic musical gifts they possess, and being able to share that with Mobile as we kick off the holiday season is such a wonderful opportunity.”
Complimentary holiday refreshments will be served following the show.
