USA Hosts Holiday Concert

The University of South Alabama invites students, faculty, staff, alumni and the public to a free holiday concert on Thursday, Dec.  4 at the USA Mitchell Center.

“Home for the Holidays” will be this year’s theme for the concert, an annual tradition at the University, with seasonal music by USA department of music.

The concert begins at 6:30 p.m.; doors open at 5:30. 

Performers include faculty soloists and student ensembles including the Concert Choir, Orchestra, University Chorale, Opera Theatre, Herald Trumpets and Wind Ensemble.

Free parking will be available in the following lots: Mitchell Center, Gamma/Engineering, Humanities, and Mitchell College of Business. Handicapped parking will be available in the Mitchell Center lot. JagTran will be providing round-trip transportation from these parking lots to the Mitchell Center before and after the event.

Complimentary holiday refreshments will be served following the concert.
