Electronic materials; nanostructures, nanoelectronics, solid state sensors, photovoltaic devices, role of the defects in optoelectronic devices, design and modeling of high efficiency multijunction radiation hard solar cells, low voltage/low power VLSI, RF CMOS, Simulation and Growth of Advanced Materials for PEC Hydrogen production, carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers.
