What is Career & Self Development?  

"Career and Self Development is proactively developing oneself and one’s career through continual personal and professional learning, awareness of one’s strengths and weaknesses, navigation of career opportunities, and networking to build relationships within and without one’s organization" (National Association of Colleges and Employers, n.d.).

 

Downloadable Icons:  

  1. Right-Click on the Image – Place your mouse cursor over the image and right-click it.
  2. Select "Save Image As..." – In the menu that appears, click on "Save image as..." (wording may vary slightly depending on your browser).
  3. Choose a Save Location – A dialog box will open. Pick the folder where you want to save the image.
  4. Rename the File (Optional) – You can change the file name if you’d like.
  5. Click "Save" – Hit the Save button to download the image to your computer.

  • Sign up for workshops, speaker events, or resume reviews that help you grow professionally.
  • Look for additional certifications, training sessions, or learning programs that align with your career interests.
