Team Based Learning Workshops

Please consider participating in our Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), by joining President Waldrop for our fourth annual TEAM USA: Getting Started with TBL Summer Workshop. In this interactive workshop, faculty will gain the background and tools needed to effectively implement Team-Based Learning (TBL). TBL is a collaborative learning approach that uses a specific sequence of individual work, teamwork, and immediate feedback to create a motivational framework in which students hold each other accountable for coming to class prepared and contributing to discussion.

       July 24, 2015, 8:30am - 4:30pm, lunch included
       TEAM USA Classroom (Communications Building, Room 160)
       $150 stipend (9-month faculty) or $150 QEP support allocation (12-month faculty )

If you are one of the 181 USA faculty previously trained and involved with the QEP, connect with faculty colleagues and continue to improve your use of TBL at the Advanced TBL Workshop.
