HR Required Training

The University of South Alabama is committed to providing a safe learning, working, and living environment that is free from violence and unlawful discrimination and harassment. As part of that commitment, the University requires all employees to complete the following courses:

  1. All Faculty and staffmust complete the following courses: (Supervisors please see item #2)
  2. Mosaic: Prevent Discrimination and Harassment Together
  3. Mosaic: Prevent Sexual Violence Together
  4. Title IX Employee Training
  5. Supervisors must complete the following courses:
  6. Mosaic: Prevent Discrimination and Harassment Together for Supervisors
  7. Mosaic: Prevent Sexual Violence Together
  8. Title IX Employee Training

Your supervisor status supersedes your staff employee status. Please only complete the three components of the course listed under Supervisors. 

The deadline to complete these courses is 30 calendar days from your date of hire.

 The New Employee HR Require Training Course is housed in CANVAS. To access the course please visit https://usaonline.southalabama.edu. To log-in use your single sign-on (SSO) credentials. The course should appear on your Dashboard.

Completion of this course is required. The Human Resources office monitors completions. Failure to complete all components of the course, as applicable, will be cause for disciplinary action. If you have any questions or need an accommodation, please email employeebenefitshr@southalabama.edu.
