HR Required Training

The University of South Alabama is committed to providing a safe learning, working, and living environment that is free from violence and unlawful discrimination and harassment. As part of that commitment, the University requires all employees to complete the following courses:

All Faculty and staff must complete the following courses: (Supervisors please see item #2)

    • Mosaic: Prevent Discrimination and Harassment Together
    • Mosaic: Prevent Sexual Violence Together
    • Title IX Employee Training

Supervisors must complete the following courses:

    • Mosaic: Prevent Discrimination and Harassment Together for Supervisors
    • Mosaic: Prevent Sexual Violence Together
    • Title IX Employee Training

Your supervisor status supersedes your staff employee status. Please only complete the three components of the course listed under Supervisors. 

The deadline to complete these courses is 30 calendar days from your date of hire.

The New Employee HR Required Training Courses are housed in CANVAS. To access the courses, please visit https://usaonline.southalabama.edu. To log in, use your single sign-on (SSO) credentials. The courses will appear on your Dashboard.

Completion of these course is required. The Human Resources office monitors completion of the required training. Failure to complete all components of the required courses, as applicable, will be cause for disciplinary action.
