Richardson's First Job Takes Her to Japan

2025 International Studies graduate Kya Richardson, will teach English in Japan starting in the fall. She was accepted into the Official JET Program USA.

The JET Program is a competitive employment opportunity that allows professionals to live and work throughout Japan, representing the United States as cultural ambassadors. Most participants serve as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) and work in public and private schools throughout the country.
