Hydration Challenge

Are you drinking enough water? Do you know what your daily water intake should be? Drinking water is more than just the fancy water bottle or the delicious fruit that we complement it with. Not drinking enough water can lead to low energy, mental fogginess, overeating, and even weaker workouts!

  • Before the challenge begins, we’ll ask you a series of questions about how you’re feeling and how you think drinking more water can help you.
  • During this challenge, participants will be given tips and tasks designed to drink more water.
  • Nightly, we’ll have you submit your water intake for the day!
  • At the end of the challenge, we’ll ask for you to reflect on how you feel and if the water intake helped.
