Mindfulness Challenge

Making connections with oneself is an important part of your overall
wellness. Use our mindfulness challenges to pour into yourself and
improve your quality of life.
JagFit wants to encourage you to breathe. Using deep breathing exercises can result
in the reduction of
stress and anxiety, improve your quality of sleep, and is overall good for your lungs!
Setting aside time
to breathe can help you focus on your goals, relax your mind, and encourage you through
your wellness
journey.
- Participants will receive a daily recorded meditation, shared via email.
- An optional reflection prompt will be offered to help focus energy.
- Participants will be asked to reflect on their experience and develop their own
personal practice for mindfulness following the challenge.
Two grand prize winners will be selected to receive a mindfulness journal, a massage
gift card, or an
aromatherapy diffuser.
