Walk Week Step Challenge

Join JagFit as we promote a campus wide walking initiative, educating our university community to many health benefits of daily walking. Go to our website to discover the benefits of walking!
We’re hosting a challenge to help motivate you into participating in our Walk Week activities.

There are two contests happening at the same time:
- Students vs. Employees
- Main Campus Employees vs. USA Health Employees
When to submit your steps:
Steps should be submitted at the end of the week using the link below.
Walk Week Tokens - Grand Prizes
Participants of any event during Walk Week will be entered in for their chance to win one of our Grand Prizes. For each event that you attend, participate in, etc. you get a token which is simply, your name goes in that many times!
Participate in the Walk Week Step Challenge -
- Walk 4,000 steps for 5 days - 1 Token (Name in the bucket 1 time)
- Walk 8,000 steps for 5 days - 2 Tokens (Name in the bucket 2 times)
- Walk 10,000 steps for 5 days - 3 Tokens (Name in the bucket 3 times)
- Screenshots of step tracker confirming steps taken should be emailed to jagfit@southalabama.edu by Friday, October 28th at 10pm.
