Health Challenges are a fun and competitive way to keep up with your day-to-day fitness. We offer walking/running challenges, mindfulness challenges, and even fun games like bingo to keep you motivated. Click below to start participating!

As we kick off Stronger Together 2026, we’re leaning into three themes that fuel lasting change: Refocus, Rebuild, and
Recharge. Whether you’re returning to your routine or starting fresh, this is your
chance to reconnect with your goals and your community. No pressure. No perfection.
Just progress — and the energy that comes from moving together.
Here's how the challenge works:

- Participants check-in to the SRC like normal.
- That's it!
From there, we will post bi-weekly leaderboards on Instagram and monthly leaderboards within the SRC. Prizes will be issued monthly for most check-ins as well as randomly drawn winners, to keep participants motivated.

Introducing: JUST WALK — Our Spring Movement Campaign
This spring, we’re keeping it simple: Just Walk. Whether you're looking to boost your energy, clear your mind, or add more movement to your day, every step counts. Students and employees are invited to join us for walking routes, weekly challenges, and easy ways to build activity into your routine.

March 1–31
Reset your routine with Wellness Bingo designed to help you recharge and build momentum toward spring. One Daily Action will be released each day throughout March. Participate at your own pace — the more you complete, the more you earn. Follow JagFit on Instagram @usa_jagfitwellness for daily releases and start stacking small wins.
Stride Squad: Team Step Challenge
Team Structure
- Each team can have up to 8 steppers.
- All steps recorded by eligible team members will contribute to the team total.
Daily Step Limits
- To keep the competition fair and balanced:
- Maximum steps counted per person per day: 25,000
- Minimum steps counted per person per day: 1,000
(If you walk more than 25,000 steps in a day, only 25,000 will count toward your team total.)
Leaderboard Information
- The leaderboard will NOT be visible inside Challenge Runner.
- Official leaderboards will be posted:
- In GroupMe
- On Instagram
- Leaderboards will be shared every Wednesday, beginning April 8th.
Weekly Team Contribution Rules
For a participant’s steps to count toward the team total:
- Each team member must record at least 7,000 steps per week (minimum threshold).
- The maximum steps counted per person per week is 175,000 steps (25,000/day cap).
This ensures consistency across all teams and encourages steady movement throughout the week.
Awards & Recognition
After Week 1, two leaderboards will be tracked:
- Top Overall Team
- Highest cumulative steps
- Most Improved Team (Weekly Performance Awards)
- Team showing the greatest improvement from the previous week.
Final awards will be announced at the conclusion of the challenge.
