Admissions Information
Designed for experienced educators who demonstrate the commitment and leadership potential necessary to transform the future of education.
- Prior Degrees: A master’s degree in a P-12 education field (e.g., early childhood, elementary, secondary, or special education) and a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Professional Certification: Applicants must hold an “A” professional teaching certificate (Alabama or equivalent U.S. state body).
- Experience: A minimum of two years of teaching experience in K-12 schools.
- Statement of Purpose: An outline of your professional goals and how this program supports them.
- Letters of Recommendation: Three professional references.
- Interview & Writing Sample: A synchronous interview (video or in-person) including a proctored writing sample during the interview.
