Assignment Changes for Upperclassmen, Transfers, & Graduates

Room Swap periods are offered prior to move in. Assigned students can change themselves to a different building, room, or roommate within MyUSAHousing.
Room Change Request period is offered at the beginning of each semester for residents who wish to request to change buildings, rooms, or roommates. Requests are submitted in MyUSAHousing and are processed based upon the date/time submitted and availability.
Room Swap (Room Change Prior to Move In) Period for Academic Year 2024-2025:
General Room Swap ALL STUDENTS:  June 12-21, 2024

All buildings will be available for Room Swap except for the Fraternity/Sorority buildings.

Room Change Requests
Fall 2023 Room Change Requests: Contact your Area Coordinator or Community Director for assistance and availability.
Requests are processed based on the date/time the room change request was submitted and room availability. Space is extremely limited. Residents will receive notice via JagMail on the status of their requests.
