Academic Year 2024-2025 Assignment Timeline

FIRST-YEAR ASSIGNMENTS:

Room Assignments

  • Application Deadline: April 1, 2024
  • Room Selection for First-Year Students event opens on MyUSAHousing: April 9–19, 2024

First-year students who complete their Housing contract by April 1 will participate in room selection. Room selection will include five (5) first-year buildings (Azalea, Camellia, Epsilon 1-2, and Delta 6). Room selection priority is based on the completed date of the AY 2024-2025 Housing application. 

Students will receive details by email to their JagMail about these assignment events, including timeslots for participation.

▼   What if I complete my Housing application AFTER the April 1 deadline?
All first-year students who complete the Housing application after April 1 will receive details on how to select their preferred room on a later date. This information will be emailed to student JagMail accounts from USA Housing.
▼   Roommate Search
The ability to search for a roommate to live with you will open online in the MyUSAHousing portal on November 1, 2023, at 9:00 AM CST.
