Posted on April 13, 2026 by Elise Rilley
Senior analysts from the Jaguar Investment Fund, the Mitchell College of Business’ student-managed investment
fund program, recently traveled to New York City to attend the Quinnipiac University Global Asset
Management Education (G.A.M.E.) Forum, the largest student-run financial conference
in the world. The event brought together top students, faculty and industry professionals
from across the globe for several days of learning, discussion and networking. At
the forum, students attended panels and keynote sessions covering market trends, portfolio
management strategies and the evolving landscape of global finance. They also had
the opportunity to engage directly with world-renowned industry leaders, gaining insight
into real-world applications of financial theory and industry best practices.
The students made the most of their time in New York City, exploring the Financial
District and visiting iconic sites tied to global markets. This trip provided senior
analysts with a valuable balance of professional development and real-world exposure,
further preparing students for careers in asset management and finance.
