South Alabama Center for Business Analytics, Real Estate, and Economic Development Hosts 2025 Market Summit

The South Alabama Center for Business Analytics, Real Estate, and Economic Development (SABRE) hosted the 2025 Market Summit. The annual conference offers a deep dive into national and regional economic and real estate market trends and the practice of real estate in the years ahead.


This year’s topics included federal monetary and tax policies, economy and investment and the latest trends in real estate practice applications. Chris Lee, CEO of CEL Associates, Inc., was the keynote speaker. His presentation, "The Future of Real Estate Organizations, Ownership, and Operation" discussed how the real estate business has evolved and its future trajectory.

The Summit brought together professionals from the real estate, law, accounting, banking and appraisal industries. Continuing education credit was offered to participants through the Alabama Real Estate Commission, Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy and the Alabama State Bar.
