Jaguar Investment Fund Marks 10th Anniversary with Reunion
Posted on November 11, 2025 by Amanda Akey
The Jaguar Investment Fund, a program of the Mitchell College of Business, recently celebrated its 10th Anniversary. To mark the milestone, the Jaguar Investment Fund (JIF) hosted a brunch on Saturday, October 25. JIF alumni, donors and friends gathered together to celebrate the success of the program and look forward to the future.
The JIF program provides Mitchell College students with hands-on experience in managing a real investment portfolio. Managing the Jaguar Investment Fund and the USA Fund, the program oversees a total of more than $2.5 million. These two portfolios consistently demonstrate excellence, regularly performing at or above the S&P 500 return rate. The program is a powerful testament to the value of experiential learning and dedicated leadership.
The celebration was sponsored through the generosity of donors including Origin Bank, NAIFA Alabama; Jennifer Ryder, Ameriprise Financial Advisor; Gulf States chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
