Executive Leadership Series: Kent Taylor



Kent Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Texas Roadhouse, was a guest speaker for the Executive Leadership Series. He shared his backstory, the history of Texas Roadhouse and gave advice for those looking to start a business.
BBQ with Bankers



The Alabama Bankers Association, Inc. invited our students to its BBQ with Bankers event. Students met with representatives from the local community to learn more about career opportunities available in banks.
Ethics Seminar: Aaron Beam


Aaron Beam, Corporate Ethics Educational Speaker, spoke to students about his role in the infamous HealthSouth fraud case and how fraud starts. His story warned students about the consequences of straying from ethical work practices.
Halloween


Having some Halloween fun with the students of MCOB with the costume contest and the pumpkin carving contest, where the Mitchell Ambassadors put their pumpkin carving skills to the test.
Causeway Pitch Competition



Students participated in the Causeway Pitch Competition hosted by the Melton Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
