.SYNOPSIS...A light southerly flow tonight gradually becomes 

northerly on Tuesday as a cold front finally moves through the 

area. Offshore flow briefly strengthens Tuesday night, before

diminishing again late Wednesday night and becoming more easterly.

Dense fog remains a concern through Tuesday morning for bays, 

sounds, and nearshore Gulf waters. These conditions are expected 

to improve through Tuesday after the front moves through.
