Strong offshore flow continues to turn easterly this afternoon

into tonight. Moderate to very strong easterly winds will persist

through Thursday, gradually tapering to a light to moderate

easterly flow Thursday night into Friday. A Gale Warning goes

into effect for the open Gulf waters out 20 to 60 nm beginning

late Tuesday night.
