.SYNOPSIS...A moderate to occasionally strong easterly flow today 
will become more southerly on Sunday as a cold front approaches the 
marine area from the west. Winds expected to become moderate westerly
in the wake of the front late tonight into early Monday, with a 
light to moderate west to northwest flow then continuing into the 
middle part of mid next week.
