Getting Started with JagNet/JagMail

Activating your JagNet/JagMail Account

If you have not previously Activated or set up your JagNet account, please click here.

Note: Once you have Activated your JagNet account, please be sure to set your Recovery Methods so you can reset your password in the future.

Signing into your JagMail

To sign into your JagMail account, please click here.

Please Note: Our JagMail system is powered by Google, so you will log into it just like you would a Gmail account.

If you already have a Gmail account that you're logged into, you can still log into your JagMail account by following these steps:

  • Go to your Gmail inbox.
  • Click on the icon in the top right of your screen. It should be your email address, your account picture, or the first letter of your email address.
  • Now click on Add Another Account.
  • You should now see a Gmail login page. Now you will need to enter your full JagMail address. 
  • Once you enter your full email address, click next. You should now be able to enter your JagMail password to log in.

Setting up 2-Step Verification for your JagMail

2-Step Verification is required for all JagMail accounts.

To enroll your account in 2-Step Verification, please follow the steps below in your JagMail.

  1. Login to your JagMail by clicking here, and select the JagMail icon in the top right corner. If you are using a phone, only the circle icon is shown with the first letter of your email address.
  2. Select "Manage your Google Account", in the pop-up window.
  3. Select Security (has a lock icon), from the the left panel. If you are using a phone, it might show this option at the top instead.
  4. Scroll down to the "How you sign in to Google" section and select "2-Step Verification". You may be prompted for a password. If prompted, enter your JagMail password to continue.
  5. Once you are in 2-Step Verification, click "Turn On" and follow the instructions to turn 2-Step Verification on for your JagMail account.
