Dr. Mickey Smith, Associate Professor of Management for the Mitchell College of Business has been awarded the Sam and Bonnie Rechter Research Grant, by the University of Louisville’s Center for Positive Leadership.
The grant will aid Smith and his co-author Ray Wu, Assistant Professor of Management at the University of New Mexico in continuing research on the consequences of perceived instability in leader personality and behavior.
This recognition highlights the Mitchell College commitment to fostering research that shapes the future of management and leadership. We look forward to the insights this study will provide. Congratulations Dr. Smith!
